Sometimes I shred the logic of some anti-Kerry posters for fun. It is amusing, but just too easy! Your post had two common logic errors (I just pointed out the straw man fallacy), but it is not my role to educate everyone. I am reminded of a quote from Milan Kundera's "Risibles Amours": "If you meet a madman who says that he is a fish and that we are all fishes, do you take off your clothes to show him that you do not have fins?" Most of the time I take his advice.
