Mr. Clinton went before the same 9/11 commission
as Bush, Cheney and a whole litany of people.
That's what I was talking about. His testimony
there was handled the same way as Bush and
Cheney. That's how these things are done.

Did you think the 9/11 commission was a grand jury?
It's certainly not (though some of those folks on it
perhaps think that's what they are<g>)

If you're actually referring to the Paula Jones matter,
Clinton testimony there was in a deposition in a civil
proceeding, under oath, and had nothing to do with a grand jury.
That's the only likely proceeding where he would
have been asked about his penis. (Of course, if
he had learned to keep it zipped, he needn't have
suffered that indignity.)
