1. It's absolutely disgusting..

2. It happened last year and there has been an investigation underway..

3. The military folks are facing some serious charges, and I don't get the sense there will be much leniency.

4. The Contractors are likely to face Federal charges because, as contractors, they fall under the Defense Basing Act. So don't be so sure they are going to get off scott free..

From the pictures I saw, there is certainly some actionable charges..
