I'm sure Bush is terrified of the press. He sees them as the "elites" he fears and loathes, while he is just a humble, born-again brush-clearer from Crawford. They set semantic "traps" for him, as he has noted on several occasions. His faith-based constituency sees no problem with this, for did Moses not have a speech impediment? Isn't Moses' speech impediment similar to the thought impediment of our God-consulting President?
