Bush did 9/11. Decided that would be the best way to consolidate power after contested Supreme Court selection.

Bush was sent away for his vacation at that time.
You need to look to those who stayed in Washington to see
the New Pearl Harbor unfold.

I hope the 9/11 commission asked the puppetmaster why no planes were sent after the hijackers for an hour and a half.
