For anybody interested in reading about arbitration rules Yahoo post 100079. Thanks to Dave Blueflame found a good site.

The way I read it the payment made by at least one party to arbitrators before signed copies are released to claimants. Claimants are showed results of court case but do not get signed copies until at least one side pays bill for arbitration.

It also mentions losing party has 6 months to pay losses.

If any one wants to comet on these points do so as the documents are not always easy to understand at least for me anyway. I could miss read this.
