There has to be some iraqis who want the terrorists out and the criminals in jail. There have to be some iraqis who are progressives. Yes some who they ally with have also been taking potshots at marines. We are making use of the old tribal system. The Brits never did as i understand it. Maybe this creativity trumps our worry over the message of not crushing falujah. Lets start with the terrorists and foreign fighters. Maybe regional governments and militaries can morph into a national force and govt at some later date. Mike
