Leo,

Thanks for your response. I have been watching this for a while, and decided to sell SFAM and put out an order for SPCT at $43.

Just from casual observation of the numbers, it seems that sales have picked up recently, most likely due to high growth in CDMA. This would seem to indicate that for some reason they did not have a very large market share in TDMA and GSM (markets are well developed, but SPCT did not benefit by growth in sales), but they have been able to grab a large share of the small but rapidly growing CDMA market.

Why do you think this is? Is it that many companies who were producing equiment internally began to outsource as the equipment became more demanding (more difficult specs technically)? If so, this would seem to indicate excellent growth potential as SPCT moves to capture a large share of the possibly explosive CDMA market.

I have not been following this field too long, so your feedback would be most appreciated.

You seem to have a good handle on things, do you work in this industry, or have a friend in the company?

What ever happened to the German contract?

Best regards,

THC
