This agreement calls for Catalyst to develop and provide prepaid calling cards with attached scratch-off instant win sweepstakes for distribution throughout Canada. The initial order calls for VQI to purchase and distribute prepaid phone cards with a retail value of $10 million. Scheduled delivery of the first cards is expectd to be September/October of 1997.
