Dell is telling the world not to expect growth to continue at this torrid pace. They have every reason in the world to try to keep getting better. It's called continuous improvement.

Maybe it works (?) in government sector, but in the tech. sector, sitting on the status quo (i.e., if it ain't broke...) don't work!!
