I wonder who was directly in charge of the prison where the abuse occurred, not just the layer way above it. The person directly in charge should be charged. Am also curious if soldiers at other prisons are not educated on Geneva Conventions? They are prosecuting a person that's in the layer above the prison. It's interesting she is the only female U.S. commander in Iraq.
