I wouldn't worry too much over the ASML/AMAT release. It's good PR, but as I read it, it's pretty much inconsequential to business. AMAT is not the sort of company that needs steppers (as far as I know). It sounds like the purchase is to research how AMATs product line interacts with other semiequip tools. I read this as a single stepper purchase.
