The only reason I can see for ctic's underperformance since december is the massively new number of shares out there. if you were one of the italian shareholders you really did not want to hold all the ctic you ended up with. you were probably sceptical of the purchaser, but not the purchase price. That combination = stock sales. with this shakeout ongoing now, this period may be the last best chance to buy ctic this year.
