I thought that upon reading of the share buy back to support price levels due to share issuance to insiders that things would be better than this. Certainly all of this negative volume could not be due to insider trading with the Prez' 7M compensation that would amount to only 7M/approx 60 = 110k shares. Since they are going to buy 1M shares,I wish they would get started so I could quit losing money. I need to start keeping better tabs on the company. It seems like that when they have share buy backs the price goes lower, historically speaking. How can that be? I agree with you a share price 20% lower would get me more POd than I already am with the management. This would cause me to feel more strongly about executives that have no real interest in shareholder value,but do have an interest in yo yoing the price to fit inside of the stock appreciation guidelines of their stock option agreements. This is why they should make these things much more long term oriented. Until I get over this feeling I will continue to vote against options for the top people at TEK. Many of these people have been their for greater than 10 years and if they leave due to no options then good, their performance hasn't been worthy anyway. If no options is the only way to get them out then so be it. After they are gone I would then vote for options to attract some talent since the spirit of options would then be genuine, instead of a giveaway to a bunch of non-performers.
