The company is Fonar FONR 2 13/16. They have $77 million in the bank that they won from GE but cannot spend it until GE's final appeal to the Supreme Court is done-Probably by Oct. GE has no chance of a reversal because it was a patent case. Company could be a buy out candidate immediately after the ruling. They'll spin off physicians' practice management sub and probably get $4-5 for the MRI business. GE and Siemmens are possible buyers to get a variety of patents and avoid more litigation.
