What the Eff are you talking about....? If the citation itself, signed by an Admiral, are not supporting documents, what is....show an example. You think an Admiral would have signed off on a Silver Star without other supporting documents? Do you thing the Admiral decided on his own. Did you ever get a promotion without it going up the chain of command? You're dangling by a very partisan thread, my friend. And you look stupid doing it.
