That 39% could be right. Regardless of whether Saddam was involved in 911, given the facts in Message 20081568 , it is correct to view Al Qaida as acting in support of Saddam in his conflict with the US and the UN. The US was targeted by Al Qaida and the 911 attack (like previous Al Qaida attacks) was made largely because of American involvement in the war to free Kuwait and the subsequent actions to "contain" Saddam. Thus Iraq and Al Qaida have a connection regardless of the extent of Iraqi support for Al Qaida.
