I still think that Oracle being allowed to buy PSFT is a long shot. The government case doesn't make any sense to me (and even the SAP CEO thinks the Justice Dept's idea this market is nonsense), but since when did the facts of these cases matter? We need the judge from the case at the end of the movie "The Wheeler Dealers" on the trial. At least we'd get the verdict right away...
