Why does the evilness of Saddam or Noriega or Bin Laden become apparent and a fact only after they oppose US, and ignored when they are on the US side?

OK, lookit, I know you're Indian, so let's do something different for a change. Let's talk about how horrible Indian leaders are, and how stupid the US has been to go along with them. I am sure that you have some Indian leaders in mind, as truly horrible persons that no legitimate US government would support. Go ahead, we're all ears.

Which Indian leader is the worst/most evil? And how stupid has the US been in going along with him/her?
