Junior invaded Iraq on trumped up charges of WMD's. When the story of WMD's proved to be false he started changing his story. One of his new reasons was the abuse of prisoners which took place under Saddam Hussein. Saddam was responsible for the abuse because the buck stopped with him. Now that it has been revealed that there is abuse of Iraqi prisoners by American soldiers under bush where will the buck stop?
