I'm a white guy who's lived in East LA for years. Never been bothered. Of course I'm not stupid. I don't drive a 60K car around and I don't wear $1000 watches. Guys like that might as well have a big red target tatooed on their forhead. Personally, I think if you get a flat down here you made your own bed dude. Most people down here can't afford medical treatment for their Mother. Is it any wonder their is a little discontent?
