"Kerry is honest. He has stated that if the budget can't afford it he will will have to scale back some of his programs. Finally some honesty and fiscal conservatism. " If he is honest then you know the promises will never happen because he will keep his fiscal promise. Which promise gets broken! Bush never promised to pay for his stuff. Both positions are shameful!
