Every opponent who attacked Kerry's military record has lost to him. Therefore the Kerry campaign loves it when the Bushies desperately try to spit on Kerry's heroism and thereby compare war records, or lack thereof on Bush and Cheney's cases.

Most Americans just don't like people who attack war heros with trivial nagging and outright slander. Especially when those complaining all dodged the draft and let someone else get shot at in their places. Let's face it, Bush and Cheney were both chickenhearted cowards when it was their time to serve. They backed the war but refused to get anywhere near serving in it.

That makes them total hypocrites attacking war heros Kerry, McCain and Cleland the way they and their surrogates have. In fact, not a single rightwing leader has ever served in combat. Think about that. The height of hypocrisy huh? And it also seems now that half the rightwing's top pundits are secretly gay. Amazing.
