The English paper in Prague called The Post. Cheney obviously fabricated, manipulated and planted this phony story in order to support his "obsession" with invading Iraq and making up excuses to do so. We all know he put pressure on the CIA to come up with anti-Iraq propaganda. They are experts at planting phony stories. Cheney deserves impeachment and a lot more. He has proven himself completely untrustworthy, and Bush and Delay with him.
