Sarmad: If that is true, then there really is no true groundswell of resistance in Iraq. Just some disagreements over improper sharing of the loot among the powerful. What happens to all of Carl's theories about wars and resistance.. And in Faloojah a deal has already been struck. Who says US is not bringing a US style democracy to Iraq? The powerful interests are exerting their influence.. Only the negotiating techniques are a little rougher. Here we just send the lobbyists. -Arun
