Surely you jest. George Bush doesn't give a damn about the Geneva Convention. In fact, astonishingly, he's even working on rolling back the protections that were integral to the Montreal Protocol (1), settled science designed to protect the earth's ozone layer.

To expect the imperial militarists (who are working hand in glove with Bush to end the planet's history ASAP (2) ) to adhere to wimpy little inconveniences like the Geneva Convention is the height of naivete.
