Liberals try to make it complicated to demonstrate they are deep thinkers. The only thing most liberals are deep in is bs. It ain't complicated. In the 60's the politicians came up with a scheme to buy votes of lazy Americans by using welfare to reward the lazy to vote for them. Now in the 21st century, the politicians are fighting over themselves using free medical care to buy votes of the baby boomers. You should check your mental well being. Anytime to want to use your liberal logic to explain why medical care is more important than food, let'er rip. The liberal mind is a terrible thing.....
