"Kerry has honestly admited if the numbers don't add up he'll slash his programs until they do. He remains committed to balancing the budget in 4 years. Showing fiscal restraint and conservatism, unlike the Bush-Cheney-Delay spendamatic friends of the very rich." If he is honest in that it implies he is dishonest in his promises for freebies. Show me the numbers on his website - perhaps they are there.
