Yea, if you were a multinational corperation in charge of the whole thing it would be reasonable! When a commodity trades, there is 'supply' and 'demand'... in this scheme the GOVERNMENT is the 'supply', so lawyers are going to be needed no matter what. Lawyers are simply the stenographers of governmental language. You're never going to get the government out of 'governing', so what's the point?
