Phil, recent table of values shows why PFG falling.
Came upon a valuation chart by Nesbitt Burns. Called the Exploration Value Screen.

Shows where all gold companies are valued. The chart simply shows the relationships between market capitalization and stated resource estimates expressed in ounces of gold or gold equivalent.

This is for Feb 3, 2004 only. The chart changes as time and price of gold progresses.

Pacific Rim $95/oz
Gammon Lake $50/oz
Gabriel Resources $41/oz
Aurizon $39/oz
Great Basin $36/oz
Cumberland $37/oz
Wolfden $33/oz
Orezone $32/oz
Kimber $30/oz

All above are in US dollars.

$40/oz is called the "take out" line. (Don't know what that means.) All above stocks are emerging gold stocks.
