Craig: In response to some of the integrity of my research aspects, I got my company names from DMG (Deustche Morgan) themselves. I asked for companies that have done similar offerings (Convertible subordinate notes). I believe you were looking for Reg S. I am not an expert on this type of stuff but I am comparing apples to apples. Here are some URLs on those companies: Qualcomm sec.gov BAAN sec.gov Atmel sec.gov Lam Research sec.gov VLSI sec.gov The Edgar archives online only go back to about 1994 so I could not look much further on Microsoft. I hope this backs up some of the statements I made. I'm sorry for not including back-up. As far as I'm concerned, I'm done with this subject. ;-> z
