In the 10-Q found on EDGAR database, it is interesting to note that MIOA now has over 5 million shares out there-preferred and float. So, they have managed to give away more shares of stock under our noses. I did not feel like digesting the data at this time, but I will figure out where it was. Anyhow, they in fact are factoring in the idea that preferred shares not executed are not included in the figuring of that huge eps of about .28 for the six months past, but there is an are where they concede that the eps for the six months is more like .17. Also, the quarter ended 6/97 had other income of 600,000+ that I do not know where from exactly. Also, the eps for the quarter fully diluted was .07!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The good news was they acquired a physician for about 20,000, a far far far cry from the deal Dr. Tai and his boys got. I do not know why there is no trading thus far, but I am sure it is no big deal-although the spread is 3/16 for some reason.
WE MUST CONTINUE TO GROW!!!! Have you seen Medtronic, wow!!!
