Newsweek says Kerry is now vetting Wes Clark as a VP. If the Bushies keep obsessing on war records, they're going to get TWO Silver Star winners to run against. Kerry is also said to like Bayh, Richardson and Vilsack. Vilsack as it turns out is a two-fer. He is gov of Iowa but grew up in western Pennsylvania which is a fierce battleground area bordering Ohio. No matter who he picks I hope he gives Clark DOD or Secretary Of State and usesw him on the campaign trail as well. Edwards and Gephardt too. The more the merrier. Pick out a whole top cabinet to campaign.
