I don't think they will spend much money in CA, it is solid Kerry territory. I think the ads are a good idea, Kerry needs to run on his record, not away from it. He has spent his entire lifetime being a grownup, while Bush decided to become a grownup only recently. The next time someone brings up tossing the ribbons, he should just explain that at a young age he was devoting himself to the biggest issue of the day, and regrets none of it.
