Spirit, why do you repeatedly call Robert Byrd senile? If you are using that term because you call all old people senile than I can understand your view (even if I disagree.) He knows more about the workings of our government than almost anyone alive. He is sharper than you or I can ever hope to be. If you want to call him old go ahead but he is not senile in the sense of having any sort of mental impairment.
