No there is a fundamental difference between Bush and Kerry on Iraq. Kerry will involve the other nations of the UN and let them share in the wealth emanating from rebuilding Iraq. Bush on the other hand wants the cake and eat it too. He wants the UN there but wants to make all the decisions and hence has failed to get any cooperation from those countries.
