NEW ORLEANS, May 3, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Q Television Network (Pink Sheets:QBID) has selected Deveney Communication as the network's strategic partner providing strategic analysis and planning as well as creating and implementing the network's efforts in media relations, community relations, Internet marketing, product launches and financial analyst outreach.
