I think we will find evidence that it was much more widely practiced than we were first led to believe, and that it was condoned or encouraged by higher ups...while there will be room for deniability of course. That is, the higher ups didn't want to know the details although they probably should have known that the interrogators were behaving in a less than professional manner. I suspect they got the winky winky to keep doing 'Whatever' was bringing such good results. It is embarrassing and has caused great harm to the cause. All persons should be charged and prosecuted for war crimes ASAP. This is what we went to war to fight against. As far as I am concerned they are traitors to the cause.
