I have no problem with 'prisoners' whining about prison being a hardship, especially when they are violent enemies who have declared their intent cause harm if/when given the opportunity. We have the obligation to treat them humainly (What is and isn't humain treatment is disputable). We also have an obligation to stop fighting once they are in custody. No kicking them when they are down, but prison and interrogation (within reason) is fair.
