The onus is on you then to prove that he knew he was following an unlawful order at the time. I don't think that Kerry would have followed an order if he thought it was wrong. He said he was following orders when he participated in the free fire zones...and then after his tour he made it known what was being asked of him. By that time he had time to reflect and determine that what he had been ordered to do was wrong. Orca
