GAAP financials have nothing to do with taxes, Lizzie.

That's the biggest problem. Options are ALREADY EXPENSED on taxes. If the Silicon Valley companies who are so against options expensing on their GAAP financials would also willingly give up expensing on their taxes I wouldn't have near the same problem with it all.
