Why aren't Cheney-Bush proud draft-dodgers? Dean is. At least Dean is honest about it. Cheney-Bush's problem is that they act like their serious military commanders. In fact, when it was their turn to serve, they ran and hid. They're both selfish cowards. So they should admit it and be proud of dodging the draft. Then at least they wouldn't be liars and phonies.
