You asked about Bush lying. The White House is infested with crooks who are out to establish their own agenda. These crooks speak through Bush. Bush is a mere figurehead. Or else why would he take Cheney to the 9/11 commission. We know Bush was obsessed with Iraq from the day he took office. Paul O'Neill, Richard Clarke and Bob Woodward all say the same thing about Bush. He wanted to go after Iraq no matter what. So he had to lie about WMD, links to Al Qaeda etc. etc. That is a lie has been proved by our inability to find WMDs ot Al Qaeda links. Now I can see people arguing that intelligence was faulty. But we all know how intelligence can be doctored. Bush had on numerous instances hinted to others around him that he wanted the intelligence to implicate Iraq. Let us not waste our time any more on this. The minds of the American people are made up. The American people believe that Clinton lied in the Lewinsky affair. They also believe that Bush lied about Iraq. And they know very well that the Bush lie has been a disaster to the US by way of loss of lives and jobs etc. whereas the Clinton lie did no harm to the US.
