Dear Scott:

This is not a direct reply to your post but this morning a news broadcast on NPR has quoted the President as being very upset about the mistreatment of prisoners. He is quoted as saying those who MISBEHAVED will be punished.

Is this an understatement or what. ATROCITIES that were committed by the Germans in WW II and the NURENBURG Trials where those who were guilty of CRIMES were punished by hanging has now become MISBEHAVIOR.
