You lost me there - where do you see 19 cents per share? My reading of the "Proposed Settlement of Class Action" shows a claim calculation of from $2.50 to $5.78 per share, depending upon when you sold the shares after the conversion from GNET shares on 10-20-00 (at the rate of 1.82 shares of INSP for one share of GNET). The stock price at that time was $34.00/share for GNET and converted to about $18.68/share for INSP. After that, the stock nosedived (according to my sale records) to $13.76 on 11-28-00, to $12.44 on 11-29-00 and down to $6.61 on 12-26-00. The claim amount per share is zero for stock sold up through 12-11-00, after which time it starts at $2.50 per share. I sold shares at all of the above prices, so what do you want to figure there? At best, the $2.50 was 38% of the last sale. (The first two sales don't allow me to claim anything, according to the literature.) I just wish I would have sold all of it before it qualified for the claim, I would have been money ahead!! From further reading of the claim app, it says that all claims will get a percentage of the total fund. The first question appears to be how many people will file and will the claimants get the full amount shown on page 5 under "Common Stock" for each time period that you held or sold the stock. Then the real question: whether there was enough money allocated for the settlement to actually pay out the amounts shown as the claim calculation formulae indicate?
