Mike, that reminds me:
I worked for a Commander that retired out of the CG with only one ribbon-- A national defense ribbon. Right out of
boot camp I had twice as many ribbons as this CG Academy
Graduate at his retirement---I had an Expert Rifle ribbon in addition to my National Defense.
He was a classic case study in how to keep a low profile, always under achieve, delegate all duties and show up and collect a paycheck. Hmmm, sounds a lot like a certain
