I would find you the link to the UCMJ but I know it wouldn't make any difference in your made up mind so I won't waste the time.

I cited him the reference to the duty to follow lawful orders. If there was any openness on his part to carrying on an intelligent debate, I'd get support for the other (duty to refuse to obey unlawful orders), but frankly, I don't care to at this point.

I still haven't gotten any sort of cogent response to my initial point - i.e., that if Kerry stated that atrocities were committed, that he participated in them, why isn't Kerry a war criminal?
