I actually have a hard time believing that we are going to have a major crash during an election year. Bush will do everything in his power to prevent the market from dumping.

Plus, when have we ever had a major crash on cue. I can remember a handful of times in 2001 and 2002 we were on the verge of a major dump, and it never came. Not saying it can't or won't, just wondering if it is a realistic scenario.
