Hi Uri, IMO things look pretty dismal, perhaps worse that I've ever seen it. Although LS said he was working on something substantial that would benefit all his companies, it has yet to materialize. Have been unable to reach him by phone so far this week but his answering machine message suggests that the Hudson Fund is for sale. Some sort of deal with oem of telecom equip to delivery an internet phone system, perhaps with content was rumored. I'd be skeptical that any deal of LS will stick anymore. You'll have to show me...I'm moving to Missouri. Bill
