If he did not do that ...... >>> But that's EXACTLY not the point. His economic projection was TRUTHFUL. His 'opinion' could be relied upon. Problem was that he was given an illegal order (to NOT communicate his economic projections to Congress, when the statutes require that), and was told he would be fired if he did. He appealed over his bosses head to the WH, and was rejected.
